Scope and Allowances

Product entry, image preparation, complex variations, stock migration and third-party integrations are included only where stated in the quotation. Ongoing product management, order administration and customer service remain the client’s responsibility unless separately agreed.

The monthly fee may be reviewed where the catalogue, order volume, integrations, storage, platform applications or support requirement materially increases.

Which platform will you use?We normally recommend WooCommerce or Shopify based on the store’s products, management needs, integrations and budget.
Are platform and payment fees included?No. Shopify subscriptions, payment processing, transaction fees, premium applications and similar third-party costs are charged separately.
Will you add all my products?The number of products, categories and variations included in the initial setup is confirmed in the quotation.
Can you manage products after launch?Product updates can use the monthly amendment allowance, but regular catalogue management normally requires a separate service.
